Job Summary
Supervise and support students in the classroom, playground, or cafeteria while fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment. Manage classroom routines, behavior, and transitions by following lesson plans left by the returning teacher, and communicate clearly with school staff. Leave brief notes or feedback for the returning teacher to ensure continuity. Observe and communicate across varied environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, while sitting, standing, and walking, and able to lift up to 30 lbs while safely assisting students. Earn up to $139 per day with weekly paychecks via direct deposit. A dedicated consultant provides 1:1 check-ins for training, feedback, and career planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, associate's degree or college credits
- Three professional references, including at least one from a previous supervisor
- State & federal background checks
- Have a teaching credential/certificate or 30-Day Substitute Teaching Permit
- Sitting, standing, and walking, and able to lift up to 30 lbs while safely assisting students
