Job Summary
Deliver lesson plans provided by the absent teacher, ensuring continuity in students' education. Adapt to different classroom environments and grade levels, maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere. Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe, respectful learning environment. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents as needed. Follow school district policies and procedures. Flexible scheduling to fit your availability. Required Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma with a 2.0 GPA or higher
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must provide three professional references
- Must demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States
- Must have proof of a completed background check for the State Department of Education
- Must have proof of TB, drug, or other tests required for the State Department of Education
- Must have a current Substitute License or Authorization, if available in your state
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different educational settings and grade levels
- Passion for education and making a positive impact on students’ lives
