Job Summary
Support multiple classrooms serving children ages 0–6 by assisting with daily routines, maintaining calm and engaging learning environments, and collaborating with school staff for smooth transitions. Model patience and professionalism while ensuring continuity of care across mixed-age groups. This on-call, as-needed role offers flexible hours for part-time or supplemental work, with training provided during orientation for those without prior Montessori experience. Required Qualifications
- Negative TB test within the last 12 months
- Valid state background check
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Warm, friendly, and dependable demeanor
- Passion for working with young children

- Recent experience working with children ages 0–6
