Job Summary

Conduct substitute teaching for ESOL, Career Advancement, and English for Immigrant Entrepreneurs classes for adults of diverse backgrounds. Survey learner goals to design student-centered coursework, develop lesson plans, and deliver engaging lessons integrating academic and employment skills per Massachusetts ELPS standards. Provide a safe, inclusive environment while selecting materials for Google Classroom and Zoom, incorporating digital literacy into instruction. Collaborate with Education and Career Advisors to track student progress through formative and summative assessments, and communicate issues to the Program Director. Maintain accurate attendance records, document weekly lesson plans in Google Drive, and submit biannual progress reports.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Eligible to live and work in the US
