Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times. Monitor children's progress and development to create a harmonious environment where students and fellow teachers enjoy each day. Maintain continuity in educational programs during the absence of regular teachers by demonstrating flexibility and patience. Assist with standard office equipment use including laptops and tablets. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, depending on education and experience, with opportunities for advancement within the Endeavor Schools family.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center is preferred
