Job Summary
Follow lesson plans provided by the classroom teacher, create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment, and supervise students to encourage respectful, responsible behavior. Take attendance and communicate any concerns to school administration while upholding school policies and modeling professionalism. Support the mission and values of Catholic education by fostering a respectful, faith-centered learning environment. Successful completion of all required background screening and Diocese of Memphis Safe Environment/VIRTUS training is required prior to employment. Required Qualifications
- Successful completion of all required background screening and Diocese of Memphis Safe Environment/VIRTUS training prior to employment
- Bachelor's degree preferred (associate degree or relevant experience will be considered)
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with faculty and administrators
