Job Summary
Provide a positive, safe, stimulating, and inclusionary learning environment while assisting in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities. Recognize, adapt teaching strategies, and address the individual needs of each child in children who are neurodiverse or have other related disabilities. Collaborate with the lead educator to maintain open and effective communication with parents and families. Fill in during staff absence, staff vacations, and in times of high client census. Work between 7:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday on an as-needed basis. Join The School for Limitless Learning, a play-based program dedicated to inclusive education.
Required Qualifications
- National Early Childhood Credential (CDA/NECC)
- Successful completion of the Florida Department of Children & Families 45-hour Child Care Training in early childhood education
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Drug Free Workplace (DFWP) status (including medical marijuana)
- Background screening clearance via Florida HealthSource Background Screening website
