Job Summary
Manage student learning in accordance with district goals and directives. Deliver assigned curriculum using effective instructional methods, lesson planning, and presentation skills. Maintain classroom order through conflict resolution and group interaction while monitoring student behavior. Communicate effectively with students, staff, and the community. Attend occasional after-school and night-time activities. Maintain emotional control and physical capability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally. Possess acute visual and hearing capabilities and good mental health to perform all requirements.
