Job Summary
Conduct substitute teaching duties across various Pasco School District buildings on an as-needed basis during the 2026-27 school year. Maintain daily student engagement and classroom management while adhering to district protocols. Complete required fingerprint screening upon hiring. Schedule varies based on enrollment and district needs. Letters received after the August 3 deadline are screened only if positions remain unfilled.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Washington State Teaching Certificate or Lifetime Substitute Teaching Certificate
- Experience working with school-aged children
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual/Biliterate in English/Spanish
- Knowledge/literacy of computers
