Job Summary
Supervise classroom areas and follow established routines and lesson plans provided by teachers to ensure continuity of instruction during absences. Make every effort to continue the instructional program while reporting directly to the Substitute Teacher/Leave Coordinator or building Principal. Maintain a heart for educating and collaborate with colleagues to support scholars' academic, social, and emotional needs. This role supports the district's commitment to educational excellence and accreditation during the 2026-2027 school year.
Required Qualifications
- 36 college credit hours
- Completion of Missouri's 20-hour online substitute training program
- Ability and personality to work with colleagues, teachers, and other staff
- Successful completion of a background check by Human Resources
