Job Summary
Provide substitute teaching coverage for elementary and high school classes in Liberty Central School District. Deliver instruction aligned with district curriculum, manage classroom behavior, and support students during instructional periods. Must be fingerprinted to work in New York State Schools. New York State teacher certification is preferred but not required. Per-diem pay rates vary by certification status: Non-Certified $110/day, Certified with Bachelors $120/day, Certified with Masters $125/day, District Retired Certified $130/day. Ability to work in a classroom setting across K-12; prior substitute teaching or classroom experience and familiarity with district policies are advantageous.
