Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities and ensure the safety and well-being of children during regular teacher absences. Monitor student progress and development while creating a harmonious environment for children and staff. Maintain continuity in educational programs by demonstrating flexibility, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children. Starting pay ranges from $18.00 to $21.50 hourly based on education and experience. A $1,000 hiring bonus is available in two installments for those in good standing.
Required Qualifications
- 12 Units of Child Development Education
- High School Diploma or GED
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
