Job Summary
Onboarding certified substitutes (I-9 verification, background checks, badge photo) and filling long-term substitute needs for both classified and certified positions. Support daily substitute placement, payroll, and customer service, and maintain onboarding/long-term records with spreadsheets. Collaborate with principals, secretaries, and staff to solve staffing needs; proficient in Google Docs and Excel; strong attention to detail and confidentiality. 8 hours per day, 242-day calendar; located in Olathe, KS. Education Center HR Substitute Staffing Representative within the Talent Acquisition Team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in onboarding and customer service preferred
