Job Summary
On-call Substitute School Behavior Technician providing ABA-based behavioral support in multiple LA-area schools. Duties include delivering classroom- and 1-on-1 ABA interventions, analyzing environmental factors, collaborating with teachers and school staff, and assisting students in achieving academic, social, and emotional goals. Role requires on-call scheduling (early mornings with possible extended hours), a high school diploma with 60 college units or an Associates degree, 6+ months ABA experience, valid driver’s license and transportation, and strong professionalism. On-going ABA training and potential transition to full-time opportunities are available; bilingual and CPR certifications are preferred.
