Substitute Room Attendant

Substitute Room Attendant in NYC responsible for cleaning guest rooms and responding to guest requests to ensure an enjoyable, comfortable stay. Duties include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming, changing and replenishing bed linens and towels, performing deep cleaning as needed, stocking and transporting the housekeeping cart, disposing of trash and recyclables, responding to guest requests promptly, and performing turn-down service when required. Employed as a substitute under a CBA in New York City with pay rates aligned to the job classification ($29.90–$39.87 per hour). This role contributes to outstanding guest service and hotel profitability and is at-will in nature.
