Job Summary
Plan activities and supervise children after school while assisting the PSPM Director with individual students or small groups. Monitor student behavior and ensure the physical safety of all children in the assigned environment. Accommodate individual needs for rest, relaxation, physical activity, social interaction, and study. Maintain visual supervision and interact with specific groups of children. Establish effective working relationships with associates, students, and parents. Operate standard classroom equipment and software while preparing and analyzing written or computer data. Demonstrate punctuality and reliability regarding attendance.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness to earn Basic School Age Care, Playground Safety, CPR, and First Aid Certifications
- Completion of NC Health Exam Certificate
- Pleasant disposition

- Ability to accept and follow direction of the Site Specialist
