Job Summary
Support classrooms with infants through 5-year-olds by following lesson plans, maintaining licensing and safety standards, and communicating professionally with parents and staff. Engage children in fun, safe, and developmentally appropriate activities while helping maintain a clean, organized environment. Assist with required assessments and observations when applicable. This flexible part-time role allows you to pick up shifts as needed, with availability in specific days, morning blocks, or afternoon blocks. You must have reliable transportation to travel to assigned school locations. Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Training and experience are preferred, but we are willing to train and support education through scholarships
- CDA, Associate's Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred but not required)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience working with children ages 0–13 (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable working with different age groups depending on the needs of the school
