Job Summary
Perform routine and emergency repairs across homes, offices, and vehicles; handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, masonry, and other tasks based on expertise; support renovation projects and assist with site moves and donation pickups; maintain agency vehicles and ensure safe, well-kept environments for staff and individuals served; provide excellent customer service to program managers and team members.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience in building and mechanical maintenance preferred
- Strong skills with hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and make cost-effective decisions
- DSP Credentialing through the NADSP (preferred)
