Job Summary
Conduct general maintenance to ensure hotel quality standards, including replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, and patching vinyl. Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on room care, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen equipment. Service the hotel pool by adjusting chemicals and cleaning filters, while maintaining the building exterior through snow removal, lawn care, and painting. Refurbish guest room furniture and fixtures, responding courteously to guest requests and complaints. Operate heavy machinery and comply with safety protocols regarding chemicals and lifting. Work on a regular basis with availability for assigned shifts.
