Job Summary
Assist with preparing and serving food to students and staff, set up and break down serving areas and equipment, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures, wash dishes, clean kitchen areas, and dispose of trash. This role supports the daily operations of the school nutrition program under the supervision of the food service manager. Applicants must meet Chautauqua County Civil Service requirements and demonstrate reliability, flexibility, and the ability to follow directions. Basic knowledge of food service operations and safety is preferred.
