Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities and ensure the safety and well-being of children during absences of regular teachers. Monitor student progress and development while fostering a harmonious environment for students and staff. This on-call role requires flexibility, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children in Pre K through 8th grade settings. A Bachelor's degree in education or related field, along with experience in pedagogy and classroom management, is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Experience working with Pre K through 8th gr
- Thorough understanding of pedagogy and best practices in education

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to maintain professionalism and tact in stressful situations
- Proven ability to take initiative to better support student learning/growth
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
