Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times while monitoring their progress and development. Create a harmonious environment where students and fellow teachers enjoy each day during the absence of regular educators. This on-call role requires flexibility, patience, and a genuine love for working with young children in Pre K through 8th grade settings. You must demonstrate strong supervisory skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in stressful situations. A Bachelor's degree in education or related field is preferred, along with experience working with students and a thorough understanding of pedagogy.
