Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities and ensure the safety and well-being of children during regular teacher absences. Monitor student progress and development while creating a harmonious environment where students and teachers can thrive. Maintain professionalism and tact in stressful situations to support student learning and growth. Requires a Bachelor's degree in education, experience with Pre K through 8th grade, and strong classroom management skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field
- Experience working with Pre K through 8th gr
- Thorough understanding of pedagogy and best practices in education
- Strong supervisory, leadership, and classroom management skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to maintain professionalism and tact in stressful situations
- Proven ability to take initiative to better support student learning/growth
