Job Summary
Provide loving, attentive care including feeding, grooming, and diapering while planning and leading age-appropriate, engaging activities aligned with Early Learning Foundations. Integrate Biblical principles into daily routines and curriculum to foster a safe, clean, and joyful classroom environment. Communicate regularly with parents about their child's growth and development. Maintain a Christ-centered focus by serving as a role model in attitude, speech, and conduct, actively supporting the school's Statement of Faith and Lifestyle Statement.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in early childhood education or children's ministry
- High School Diploma or GED
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within the first year)
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- Agreement with and active support of the school's Statement of Faith and Lifestyle Statement
- Serves as a Christian role model in attitude, speech, and conduct
- Demonstrates spiritual maturity, integrity, and confidentiality
- Active attendance in an evangelical church
- A heart for children and a calling to Christian education
