Job Summary
Sweep, mop, or vacuum and dust all rooms, clean restrooms, lobby, stairs, and elevators daily. Remove garbage and trash, sweep the exterior perimeter, and assist with building opening and closing. Sign for and verify goods delivered. Perform special projects and other assignments as assigned by the supervisor. Maintain knowledge of standard building systems including electrical and plumbing. Fire Safety Certification preferred. Part-time Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, with some evenings and weekends possible up to 15 hours weekly.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in general maintenance work
- Must be reliable and punctual
- some evenings and weekends may be needed
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of standard building systems, including electrical and plumbing preferred
- Fire Safety Certification preferred
