Job Summary
Execute assigned lesson plans, provide clear instruction to scholars, and maintain classroom discipline while demonstrating moral focus. This on-call, as-needed position requires meeting state substitute requirements and relies on self-starter skills, effective classroom management, and strong leadership. The daily substitute rate is $160.00; this is a non-benefit eligible role. National Heritage Academies partners with communities to build and operate public charter schools, serving over 100 schools in nine states with more than 65,000 students.
