Job Summary
Execute assigned lesson plans while providing clear instruction and maintaining classroom discipline. Assist scholars in understanding subject matter and demonstrate moral focus to all stakeholders. This on-call, as-needed role requires meeting state substitute requirements and relies on self-starter skills, effective classroom management, and strong leadership. The daily substitute rate is $160.00; this position is non-benefit eligible. Legacy Charter Academy, part of National Heritage Academies, operates public charter schools designed to eliminate achievement gaps and provide school choice to over 65,000 students across nine states.
