Job Summary
Execute assigned lesson plans while providing clear instruction and maintaining classroom discipline. Assist scholars in understanding subject matter and demonstrate moral focus to all stakeholders. This on-call, as-needed role requires meeting state substitute requirements and relies on self-starter skills, effective classroom management, and strong leadership. The daily substitute rate is $125.00; this is a non-benefit eligible position. National Heritage Academies operates over 100 charter schools across nine states, serving more than 65,000 students with a mission to eliminate the achievement gap and prepare learners for college and career success.
