Job Summary
Maintain classroom continuity and adapt to diverse learning environments during regular teacher absences across Eagan, Burnsville, Apple Valley, and Lakeville. Deliver instruction while fostering a positive, team-centered atmosphere for children. Work part-time or full-time schedules with a minimum of three days per week. Prioritize adaptability, strong communication, and a passion for early childhood education. Support student social and emotional development through engaging, brain-building activities.
Required Qualifications
- Be available to work part-time or full-time at minimum 3 days a week
- Have positive work ethic, and a team-centered attitude
- Be willing to learn and grow as an educator
- Enjoy working with children
- Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the listed position
- Has previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work
- Must meet position qualification requirements as outlined by the state department guidelines
- Can satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations
- Can provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States
- Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations
- Must be able to travel to schools in Eagan, Burnsville, Apple Valley, Lakeville, and more
