Job Summary
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Oversee quality control, coordinate across disciplines, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Support proposal development, lead project documentation, and manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals. Guide and mentor junior engineers while maintaining accurate project records. This full-time, hybrid role in Eden Prairie, MN, offers a salary of $125,000–$165,000 and includes comprehensive health, dental, vision, and 401k benefits. You will contribute to EVS's mission of shaping the future of renewable energy through innovative substation design.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent field
- Proven experience managing substation or related engineering projects from design through delivery
- Strong understanding of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and other drafting or project tools
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and project management software such as AJERA and Monday.com
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality
