Job Summary
Conduct detailed electrical design and project management for high voltage substation projects within a team environment. Investigate, troubleshoot, and solve electrical engineering issues while developing protective relay settings files using MathCAD, CAPE, Aspen, and Quickset. Manage multiple projects under budget and time constraints by tracking schedules, expenditures, and preparing status reports for client interfaces. Prepare technical reports meeting client requirements and S&L formats while sharing knowledge through peer-learning communities. Hybrid telecommuting permitted three days per week in the office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Plus 3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer or related occupation
- Developing protective relay settings files utilizing MathCAD, CAPE, Aspen, and Quickset
- Managing multiple projects under budget and time constraints
- Developing automation settings configuration files for RTAC controllers
- Tracking project information such as schedules and expenditures against budgets, preparing status reports and client interface
- Hybrid telecommuting permitted, 3 days per week in office
