Substation Design Lead

Lead and manage the substation design team, including potential reporting of two designers. Develop and implement design strategies that align with company goals, overseeing the creation of design concepts, prototypes, and final deliverables. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive communication and provide creative direction and feedback to team members. Ensure all design materials adhere to brand guidelines while staying up to date with industry trends. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and clients. Requires a strong background in Substation Physical Design, local to Fort Worth, TX, with a hybrid office schedule.
