Job Summary
This Management-Supervisory position offers an exciting career opportunity for individuals experienced in overseeing a team of engineers and designers in Substation Engineering Design. Responsibilities include providing managerial and technical direction, establishing work assignments, reviewing performance, and ensuring quality on all projects. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with six years of experience, including two years in Substation design. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a basic understanding of relevant engineering concepts are essential.
Required Qualifications
- 6 or more years of experience
- 2 years of recent experience in Substation design
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
- Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, and civil concepts pertaining to Substation design
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to interpret written/documented specifications
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CAD software
- Management or related degrees with strong experience managing technical personnel/projects
