Job Summary
Lead substation design projects across distribution, sub-transmission, and transmission voltage classes by developing electrical design deliverables including protection and control systems. Manage assigned budgets, schedules, and quality requirements while overseeing data collection, equipment selection, and complex engineering calculations. Actively coordinate with internal and external teams, clients, and vendors to accommodate key client interests on moderately complex projects. Mentor junior engineers, guide smaller production teams, and provide direction on performance management and career development. Ensure compliance with departmental design guides, engineering codes, and company quality programs through independent evaluation and continuous improvement efforts.

- Quality Assurance and Quality Control of substation design projects

- Minimum of 5 years related work experience
