Job Summary

Conduct new construction, maintenance, and repair work on underground power systems, including digging, rigging, lifting, and setting poles and anchors. Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, trenchers, and mini-excavators proficiently while pulling in UG conductors and installing transformers. Lead and coordinate crew mobilization, subcontractors, and traffic control under direct supervision or as a Foreman. Perform rigorous physical labor in various locations, including confined spaces and extreme weather, while adhering to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working order. Flag traffic, assemble materials, and clean up job sites as directed.

Required Qualifications
