Job Summary
Substance Use Disorder Services Coordinator will develop, oversee and provide SUD services in Andover, Augusta, and El Dorado offices, provide clinical supervision to assigned program staff, and build partnerships with courts, law enforcement, and public schools to improve services. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with state requirements, conducting audits, managing corrective actions and QA for the SUD department, marketing services to community partners, supervising SUD counselors and front office staff, coordinating with insurance providers, seeking additional funding, delivering direct treatment, integrating services with clinical coordinators, and implementing appropriate group curricula and best practices in the field. Must be able to drive to multiple sites and meet agency guidelines. Location-based work includes El Dorado, KS area facilities.
Required Qualifications
- LMAC or LCAC license
- 4 years of experience in a community mental health center or similar facility
- basic understanding of Quality Improvement protocol
- valid driver’s license
- ability to pass criminal background check
- ability to drive to agency centers and partner sites
