Job Summary
Monitor client interactions and behaviors while providing role model support for residents struggling with substance abuse. Work in the program medication room to observe medication administration and provide coverage for the Maxwell House Chemical Dependency Residence, including overnights as required per the staffing plan. Write nightly summary logs and report to the Program Supervisor, while contributing to residence upkeep and completing all required documentation within program standards. Schedule includes weekday shifts from 4pm-12am and 12am-8am, plus weekend rotations from 8am-4pm, 4pm-12am, and 12am-8am. This HRSA grant-approved site offers PSLF eligibility and CASAC hours.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma
- Valid New York State driver's license

- Bachelors or Associates and/or related experience
- Is sensitive to cultural differences and able to incorporate that understanding into service provision
