Job Summary
Educate target population members on substance use dangers and develop life skills to build a strong family foundation. Establish community-based contacts, identify resources, and maintain curricula fidelity while serving as a facilitator for program sessions. Utilize evaluation tools to gauge effectiveness, analyze process data, and submit reports according to contract standards. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Committee and community volunteers to ensure program success. Regularly attend trainings to enhance skills and work toward CPS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent
- CPS/CPC certification or Development Plan on file with MCBAP required
- Specialty Focused Programming training in Life Skills etc
Desired Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in liberal arts/social work/education or a related field preferred
- One year of experience working with youth preferred
- Arabic and/or Chaldean language fluency preferred, not a requirement
