Substance Use Monitor (Male Only)

Monitor and coordinate drug screening activities for Probation Officers, including scheduling, collecting urine specimens, maintaining chain-of-custody, conducting screenings with approved methodologies, recording and reporting results, and maintaining testing-supply inventories. Provides training on testing-result documentation, testifies in court as needed, and ensures documentation procedures align with policies. In-office role located at 605 South 10 Street, Lincoln, NE 68508-2804; duties include client contact, sample handling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety and testing protocols. Minimum qualifications include an associate’s degree in a related field or 1 year of relevant experience; preferred qualifications include prior substance-abuse or chemical-testing training and experience with offender populations.
