Job Summary
Build genuine, collaborative treatment alliances with patients while facilitating addiction treatment groups at IOP and OP levels. Deliver recovery education presentations, conduct assessments using DSM-5 and ASAM criteria, and manage case management, discharge planning, and referrals. Partner with the team to address co-occurring psychiatric needs and maintain documentation meeting state and CARF standards. Share on-call coverage on a rotating basis to support patients in crisis. Direct patient care comprises roughly 55% of the role, supported by a culture of diversity and clear paths for clinical growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the SUD field
- Strong clinical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Comfort working in an electronic medical record system
- A flexible, creative, team-first mindset
- If in personal recovery: minimum of 3 years continuous sobriety
- Required Credentials (one of the following): LSW, LCSW, LAPC, LPC, or LMFT
- Share on-call coverage on a rotating basis (about one week, a few times per year) to support patients in crisis
Desired Qualifications

- Bring your experience in Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and trauma-informed care into daily practice
- Familiarity with a range of recovery modalities — 12-Step, SMART Recovery, Harm Reduction, Recovery Dharma, Women for Sobriety, and more
