Job Summary
Ensure compliance with all clinical aspects of contractual obligations, including utilization, documentation, and service delivery standards. Collaborate with management to develop, implement, and maintain program policies and procedures, while participating in monthly in-service training to support ongoing staff education. Provide guidance during crisis intervention situations and promote culturally competent, person-centered services. Monitor program operations to ensure adherence to regulatory, contractual, and clinical standards, including mandatory reporting laws and ethical standards of practice. Perform other related duties as assigned to support program success and quality improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mental health, counseling, social work, or a related field
- Current professional license (LMHC, LCSW/LICSW, LADC) in the state of Massachusetts
- Previous experience working in addiction or substance use disorder treatment
