Job Summary
Addiction Psychiatrist or Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our addiction medicine team providing care in outpatient MAT clinics, Intensive Outpatient Programs, residential substance treatment, and withdrawal management. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients with co-occurring SUD and psychiatric disorders, developing and managing MAT treatment plans (opioid, alcohol, and other substances), prescribing and monitoring MAT medications (e.g., buprenorphine, buprenorphine LAI, naltrexone, disulfiram), providing follow-up care, educating patients and families, and collaborating with multidisciplinary team members. Requires Colorado medical license, DEA certification, and board-eligibility; ABPN board certification is desirable. Required Qualifications
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Colorado
- DEA Certification
- MD or DO degree (or international equivalent) with ACGME-accredited residency in adult psychiatry and/or child and adolescent psychiatry OR Advanced Practice Provider (APP)
- ABPN board certification desirable but not required (must be board-eligible)
- Prior experience working with adults or children in outpatient/inpatient settings
