Job Summary
Conduct screening, assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic services for adults and children with substance use needs in our outpatient clinic. Facilitate group therapy, collaborate with clinical teams and referral sources, and support clients through aftercare planning and community referrals. Ensure accurate documentation, support crisis intervention, and promote a safe, therapeutic environment under clinical supervision. Provide consistent Monday – Friday onsite coverage from 8am to 5pm.
Required Qualifications
- CADC
- 2 years of experience in Substance Use services
- Proficiency with EHR systems
- Valid driver's license
- Insurance for work-related travel
- Reliable transportation for work-related travel

- LCAS-A
- Provisional Licensure
- Knowledge of therapeutic practices
- Group facilitation techniques
- Problem solving skills
- De-escalation skills in times of crisis
