Substance Use Disorder Program Manager

Job Summary
Responsible for the structure of behavioral health services for outpatient treatment, focusing on positive outcomes, program growth, operational efficiency, and fiscal soundness. Duties include developing programming for resilience and wellness, monitoring productivity against budget expectations, overseeing clinical operations, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. The role includes educating staff, participating in recruitment, and providing clinical services when necessary. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and a positive presence within the department.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited graduate school of social work or Master's Degree in psychology or counseling with appropriate accreditation
- Licensed in the State of Michigan
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Required
- Minimum of five years in a behavioral health field
- Minimum two years management experience preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a Community health center or medical setting preferred
