Job Summary
Mobile Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) provides counseling, case management, and recovery support to members served by WeCare Daily Clinics’ mobile clinics. Responsibilities include completing comprehensive ASAM assessments, developing individualized service plans, facilitating group and individual counseling, connecting members to housing, education, and employment resources, and advocating for access to services. The role requires adapting counseling practices to a mobile clinic environment while maintaining HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality; documentation in electronic medical records; collaboration with the mobile clinic team; and ensuring compliant care delivery. Active SUDP credential and ability to perform on-site work are required; position is in-person with remote capacity as needed for member care. Required Qualifications
- Active Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) credential in good standing with the Washington State Department of Health
- Must pass required background checks
- No history of alcohol or drug misuse in the past 3 years and no evidence of misuse while employed
