Job Summary
Conduct substance use disorder assessments in office-based, inpatient, or community settings and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform individual and group counseling sessions, brief therapy, and motivational interviewing while coordinating care for patients in recovery. Respond to referrals from community locations to make treatment recommendations and facilitate rapid placement into appropriate levels of care. Manage case services, develop safety plans for chemically induced crises, and connect patients with accurate program and agency resources. Complete all required documentation in compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Current WA State Substance Use Disorder Professional certification
- Minimum one (1) year of recent work experience as a Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
