Job Summary
Lead and support office staff, ensuring high-quality program operations and compliance with California Code of Regulations, Title 9, and Health & Safety Code. Manage client services, case management, group counseling, and educational sessions while supervising, training, and evaluating personnel. Monitor office performance, submit reports, and collaborate with Corporate Management to improve outcomes. Represent ABC Traffic Programs professionally with courts, clients, and community partners. Bilingual in English and Spanish with active SUDC certification required. Full-time business hours Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–7:30 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM, including mandatory overtime for coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in alcohol and drug treatment or recovery services
- Active Registration/Certification as SUDC
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be available during all business hours (Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–7:30 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM)
- Must be available during mandatory overtime
