Job Summary
Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions daily using structured, evidence-based curricula and approved modalities. Facilitate discussions while collaborating with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches. Monitor member progress, document outcomes, and maintain a positive, recovery-oriented environment. Engage in local community outreach to promote the organization's mission. Work 2–3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed. Master's degree in mental or behavioral health required, with active or supervised credentials in MFT, LPC, LCSW, or related fields. High comfort with EMR and telehealth technology essential.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in the mental/behavioral health discipline OR students enrolled in Masters' programs pursuing the credentials
- Active or currently under supervision to obtain the following credentials: MFT, LMFT, LPC, LPC-MHSP, LMSW, LCSW, LADAC level 1 & 2, LSPE, Licensed Psychologist/Psy.D. RN & LPN also acceptable with experience leading therapeutic groups & supporting documentation
- Experience leading Group Therapy
- High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
- Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success
- Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week up to 9pm as needed

- Other preferred backgrounds, experience, and skills include: mental health, social work, substance use disorder treatment, therapy, human services, social services, medication assisted treatment or MAT
