Job Summary
Lead 3–4 one-hour group therapy sessions daily using a structured, evidence-based curriculum, facilitating discussions with approved modalities to meet members within clinical guardrails. Collaborate with prescribers, care navigators, and recovery coaches while monitoring member progress and documenting outcomes. Support a positive, recovery-oriented environment and engage in local community outreach to promote the organization's mission. The role requires working 2–3 evenings per week and holds an active New Hampshire behavioral health licensure including LADC, CCS, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LMHT, or MLADC. A Bachelor's degree and minimum two years leading groups in a substance use disorder setting are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- An active New Hampshire behavioral health licensure or certification including but not limited to: LADC, CCS, LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, LMHC, or MLADC and associate level status with ability and willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity in other states
- Minimum two years' leading groups in a SUD setting
- High comfort level with Technology: EMR, Telehealth software, Google products (Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Drive), mobile apps, etc.
- Compassion, collaboration, commitment to quality care, and an investment in member success
- Ability to work 2-3 evenings per week
