Job Summary

Assess clients through interviews and case histories to support addiction detoxification and recovery. Administer scheduled program curriculum, transport clients to appointments, and facilitate group workshops and presentations. Monitor client adherence to treatment goals, observe behavioral incidents, and maintain confidential progress notes and documentation. Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to support reintegration into the community and gather data to track treatment reliability. Requires two years of experience in substance abuse, healthcare, or corrections; valid New Mexico driver's license and background investigation required.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years of work experience involving substance abuse, healthcare, law enforcement, emergency management, or corrections
  • Possession of a valid New Mexico driver's license by the date of hire
  • Maintenance of a valid license while employed in this position
  • Successful completion of a post-offer employment medical examination
  • Completion of a background investigation
  • Adherence to all County safety guidelines
  • Completion of all FEMA training(s) assigned to this position
  • Completion of caregiver criminal history screening
  • Ability to work different shifts
  • Ability to work mandated overtime as needed

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Experience as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
